He is the President of the Philippine Chamber of Commerce and Industry - Quezon City which was adjudged as the Most Outstanding Chamber in NCR and in the Philippines, and a Hall of Fame Awardee under the City Level, Large Chamber Category during the 2024 Philippine Business Conference.  During his term which started last January 2024, the organization grew its membership from 350 businesses to 520 strong member-companies as of today. As the current President of PCCI-QC, his mantra is to Act, Deliver, and Make a Difference. 

As a strong advocate of MSME Development, he actively participates as a business mentor for GoNegosyo, and he recently launched “IDOL SA NEGOSYO” as a platform to promote MSMEs, to inspire aspiring entrepreneurs, and to recognize the worthiness of every profession, work, or vocation. He is an active member of the Philippine Korea Economic Council,  and last year, he was inducted as new member of the Employers Confederation of the Philippines. He is one of the Directors of the Philippine AI Business Association (PAIBA).

He is a lawyer by profession which specializes in litigation, Data Privacy Law, Labor Law, Cybercrime law, Enforcement and Recognition of foreign Judgment, settlement of estate, and contract law. He is a Senior Partner at Mateo Duran and Associates Law Offices, the Vice President for Legal at SPD Jobs, one of the leading service contractors in the country, and the President and CEO of ADM & Partners Data Privacy and Consulting Inc. 

He is recognized by Thompson’s Reuters during the 2022 ALB Philippine Law Awards as one of the leading data privacy lawyers in the Philippines, and his firm ADM & Partners as one of the leading data privacy law firms. His success in his chosen vocation as a lawyer led him to be the recipient of the prestigious Mario Nery Vocational Excellence Award as a Data Privacy and Protection Lawyer. And in 2024, he received the Aliw Excellence Awards from the Aliw Awards Foundation for his outstanding work in data privacy and cyber security.

He is recognized by the Rising Tigers Magazine as one of the Nation Builders and one of the People to Watch for in 2023. He is recognized by the Philippine Cancer Society as one of the Men of Exemplary Influence in 2024.  

He was a professor of business and law in several universities and colleges such as PUP College of Law, Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila and De LaSalle Araneta Graduate School.

He is a Philanthropist, a Rotary leader, a Director at the Philippine Red Cross QC, and the Chairman of the Lung Health Alliance of the Philippines (LungHap).
